With a busy sales team that’s often out in the field, finding the time to create valuable content was a constant challenge.

Wealden Rehab had researched content marketing and was interested in the benefits it had the potential to deliver. It approached us to find out more about how it could leverage content marketing to ensure it stood out from its competitors.

Our Approach

We delivered a comprehensive presentation on the benefits of content marketing to the sales team, followed by a fact-finding session which allowed us to delve into the Wealden Rehab goals and target audience – as well as the sales and purchasing processes and key drivers for decisions.

From that, we created a strategic publishing schedule that balanced the company’s goals with audience interest and the different stages of the sales funnel. We also drafted a distribution strategy to help Wealden achieve greater visibility on search engines.

The Wealden Rehab team are experienced and knowledgeable. Tapping into this wealth of information allows us to create content with genuine value, always framing it around audience pain points.

Results

Complementing the sales team, our strategic input has helped Wealden Rehab increase their footprint, boost traffic to their website and grow their market share. One post about choosing the right shower trolley had 280 views in just 3 months.

In addition to the content planning work, we drafted articles on a monthly basis and provided ongoing support with web copy and brochures to ensure that messaging is consistent and that all channels are aligned.

Our approach enabled us to craft copy that has nurtured and developed relationships with the Wealden Rehab’s key audiences. For example, partnership and innovation are crucial for occupational therapists, and our copy has cemented Wealden Rehab as the ideal partner for this group of individuals.
